Having read and observed quite a lot of downbeat commentary recently about the club, I thought I would bring you this post I have just put on social media regarding the voluntary work I am currently doing with club.''Just an update to all Fax Fans that the charitable arm of the Club, The Halifax RLFC Foundation, have been working closely with all the 8 Calderdale community clubs over the last few months to try re-engage with them.They have been very supportive and I hope you have noticed the Community Clubs having their day out at the Shay on match days for example. We are now about to start to try expand our delivery into schools to spread the Halifax Rl Brand. Our community coaches Adam Shane Tangata,Jacob Fairbank and Dan Fleming do a great job for us. I hope you will support myself,Chris Mitchell and the coaches in our work and spread the word.''
