AM I RIGHT? I'M NOT WRONG!

Re: Challenge Cup 6th Round : Tue Mar 26, 2024 8:50 am
Great effort by the lads, Cats obviously had the SL class but still thought 40-4 flattered them somewhat. If we had Worthington and Arundel in the centres there's no way we'd be shipping in the tries down the flanks that's been happening.

Also nice to see the attendance, and it beat the all SL clash down the road at Huddersfield.

Is Hursey injured? He was announced as a permanent signing but with him not even been named in the squad this weekend it looks more and more like some type of loan deal with Leeds especially with Campbell and Douglas both been named with no chance of playing.
FK knows what's going on half of time, there really needs to be better communication.Only just caught up with news that you have to sign someone on DR to carry water nowadays....

Shudds & Hull could only muster a paltry 1653 for their game which actually puts our 1800 in a decent light.

Wow that is really bad. Theres a number of teams in SL that would struggle so much if they ever lost the central funding they get.

Not to rehash old threads, however taking the Hudds v Hull attendance, how did some teams score ‘top’ marks for average crowds on the IMG matrix ?

Based on a 3 year average and seen as though we play Bradford this week, discussing what they did last season in artificially inflating their crowds before there was a proper audit process was actually quite smart of them as those figures will stay on record for the next couple of seasons. I remember when we played them and there must have only been about 1200 or so people in the ground and everyone was laughing as they gave out a crowd of over 4k. We didn't know at the time why, but we do now.
