Apparently the deal has already been completed and will announced very shortly

That Hull are happy to let a starting prop go to a top 4 rival 5/6 games into the season is telling. Stories of off field issues to go with red cards on it. Apparently paid a decent size fee and wage, as if they haven't learnt from Hardaker.

They must have plenty of cash to pay out for Watts especially after paying out £150,000 for Hardaker.
Maybe the money they got for Solomona has helped.

I was told he's been sacked by Hull, but he's also linked with a move to Toronto.

Watts played in the same junior lock lane team as joe Westerman and Toronto need props so I'd guess they have been sniffing. Watts is a great athlete and I reckon could be top draw but if Radford and another lock lane man Gareth ellis could not get him to cut out the daft stuff it makes you wonder who can. I wonder if Wigan may also look at him.

Was nailed on for Toronto, but Cas beat the transfer fee and the wage so he will go to Cas so he is nearer to his kids. Stupid man though, rumoured to be upset that Hull have made this decision but they had no option. Consistent breaches of off field disciplinary and the senior playing group, plus management, have had enough and instigated the move to get him out the club

Interesting. Hard for clubs like Leeds to compete these days with moneybags Cas. Wonder if the sleeve may try and get Craig kopczak from selling Salford as a Galloway replacement? We could do with an experienced prop in my view.

Meh, Leeds have past form for slinging wads of cash at players with questionable off-field activities thinking they can get a leopard to change their spots, it rarely happens.

Cas have signed a cracking player, IF and I do mean IF he can sort out his persistent and constant brain farts on the pitch he'll be more than a bargain signing for Cas, if not.... at least they have the Hardaker debacle experience to hand.

Quote from Radford

“I would like to wish Liam all the best moving forward and hope he can find some consistency off the field to benefit his career in the future.

“We have some great, young, enthusiastic front rowers coming through at the club who appreciate our values and behaviours and they will benefit from more game time.
