Can’t complain about the result, not much between both teams but hull just about deserved it. We probably used up too much energy in the first half. Golding was rock solid at full back, handley looked a bit frail. Hall justified his world class wingers tag.
Probably singleton would have made a difference last night. Unfortunately our atacking plays seemed very slow and predictable . At the moment saints and Wigan seem to be the best teams, obviously that can change. On the plus side hull managed to field the strongest team available and just scraped a win. We however are still well down on numbers. Tonight’s match at Wigan may indicate how cas are progressing.
Hall justified his world class wingers tag. does hall ever need to justify anything, along with big les the best winger of the super league era by some margin. awesome try last night a combination of though sheer power and a bit guile, and i would rather see a player score like that than flying over the corner flag, any winger can score when its handed on the plate.
