Awesome specimen of a human but not a Leeds rhino starting prop.
Lots of posters on here will not agree but as already been mentioned unless you have played Rugby Leage it’s hard to understand.
Tommy not ready yet but will get there .

Most people on here bag Bentley. Although not a prop
is the only man in this forward pack that I would love to play beside me.
If you played you would get this.
Whose fault is this after the Golden generation.

We lack the aggression to dominate other packs, the only one that seems to have it is Bentley who is a bit small to deliver it. Put it this way, which members of our pack would we want to sign if they played for other clubs. As far as props go, we have Mik who has been a cornerstone, and Holroyd who is coming through, but the other options Sangare and Lisone don’t have enough impact for long enough. Beyond that we are into small former second rowers and juniors. The front row is still 2 props short as I would probably cut Sangare if he can’t get fit enough and concentrate long enough to play his size for longer.

Leeds had a reputation for having a soft pack until we brought in Faz and Fleary and signed Glanville, then we had one of my brightest days as a Loiner / Rhino when the RFL wrote to the club to ask us to stop tackling so hard. What I would give for a letter like that these days…

Yup. As long as no personal insults, and we just analyse performance etc, it’s fine imho….

I agree the first choice props are not delivering as we would like (including Lisone). And yet Oledski, Ackers and Holroyd have been capped by England in recent years... Potentially a starting England front row once Walmsley retires. Wane likes hard men, does he not?

Maybe we should have signed Mickey Mac, Dudson and Kasiano?

Given Oledski and Holroyd are two homegrown props with years ahead of them, what would we say if they went on to better things for other clubs (like Mulhern and others) and we have to resort to signing expensive NRL flops like Tetevano again?
