When you've quite finished: You do know that the Wales national side, coached by some bloke named John Kear, qualified for the World Cup,by winning a game at Stebonheath Park.Llanelli.Also,the club managed to stage 3 home games, last season,at the same venue.
As I understand it,on the information I received, one particular item, listed at the top of C1 8 of the Mandatory Medical Equipment - all of which have relatively short shelf lives - had expired.
Getting replacements on a Sunday afternoon was problematic and the club couldn't get assurances that any could be sourced until 5.30pm
I only came on to seek confirmation £10 will be the cheapest entry on Sunday - that it can be paid at a turnstile - the price will not increase on the day of the game? Diolch.
PS -Last night the club announced a new doctor - We borrowed your personnel for the spelling!
It's a good idea to have regular contents audits of drugs/equipment boxes. As an NHS worker I'm only too aware of how often things go walkabout, usually when you most need them and getting replacements on a weekend can be an issue. Audit on a Thursday at the very least!
As for admission prices on the day at Odsal I haven't a clue what they are. It's been a big secret but that's another story. You'll most likely be able to pay on the day but I'm not sure whether it will be on the turnstile or at a ticket booth. I'm paying in advance and printing my ticket out since it saves hassle on the day.
Seems we're not alone on the spelling front Hope you have a good trip on Sunday - apart from the result of course

Well yeah, printing out your ticket definitely saves the time queuing in the shop but you'll still have to have your ticket scanned when you enter the ground. If it's a bit blowy, or infinitely worse raining a bit, and you've printed it out on, say, a normal piece of 70 or 80 gsm A4, then expect to take some time whilst they try and keep it still and/or intact, whilst waving it about in front of the screen trying to get their phones to accept it. Let's also not forget there will be a queue of people in front, most trying to do the same....to be honest, I worry far more about other aspects of the club's commercial activities than the illiterate website!
Mind, we've all been saying about how this has all failed during the 'practice sessions' of pre season and how, hopefully, they'll put it right when the season starts....Mmmm.
'Great defence, always wins games, y'only have to score one more point than them. If tha does, tha'll win, if that doesn't tha'll lose, learn from it, more than the win last week.'. Peter Fox, 1980.
