Yeh no chance we would beat them 130 nill I mean Christ we only beat them 124 nill last time we played them. 130 nill is so far out of range.

You're totally correct to say that his doing no-one any good, but the thing is, that when mentioning 'this level of rugby', in reality this IS their level; this is the division which was set up specifically to allow 'development' clubs to get into a higher level of RL a bit above amateur. It is us and York (and one or two more) who are the aberration in this league, not WWR.


Once again the RFL has shown its own amateur level of administration, AKA incompetence. If it's correct that they only had 14 players yesterday then I can see problems coming up and I wonder what plans the RFL have if they can't complete their fixtures? It may be just injuries and maybe holidays - let's hope so, but if the problem goes deeper the there is a right old mess brewing. It wouldn't exactly be a shock for players at some clubs to become disillusioned given the difference in playing levels between the clubs.

Surely as a player welfare issue you need to say that the bare minimum is 15 players or the game is a forfeit. Chalk it down as a 100 point win or whatever but don't ask 14 lads to try and play York. It's madness.

I once played in a game many years ago, when Runcorn was in the league, only 2 subs then, and Runcorn were that short they had to ask the copper who was policing the game to help them out lol

Should win by at least 50 here. Just need to keep hold of the ball.

And again, a comfortable score ahead of a game we're obviously going to win, we get a penalty on their line and we decide to take the 2!!??? Showing too much respect. We need to be ruthless.

Back on top. Another shut out scoreline which I'm very happy with. Massive test against Workington next Sunday.
