I saw the Bulls put out yesterday that they've reached the 100 mark on season ticket sales. I genuinely can't remember what the take up is normally like when they go on sale. Anyone who can? Is that much slower than normal, or about the same? On the face, it sounds incredibly underwhelming, but I'm not sure if it's always like that as people don't just have that money lying around.

They've certainly started earlier than normal and I'd guess that would catch quite a few out, though I wouldn't doubt the prices will have an effect.

No mention of a 4 month Direct Debit option to take you up to Xmas - usually well received.

Well the post-Workington despondency will give way to renewed sales if the 14 team Championship materialises.

Agreed. If we are guaranteed to be going up at the end of the season along with a few more players of the calibre of Webster joining us for 2019, I can see there being a solid uptake in ticket sales.

Absolutely. Considering those fans that stuck with the club this season and bought season tickets will very likely renew should promotion occur. Added to the no doubt extra fans that will come back because of the promotion, good signings etc. And add to the fact there has yet to be any WUPs since the newco was formed (which let's be honest is what most Bulls fans are still scared about). There's likely to be a fairly good uptake I would think, be it before the early bird deadline or after it.

I've been critical before of the club, but I've always said one thing. It doesn't matter if I personally don't agree with a way of doing things as long as it's in the best interests of the club. Upsetting a handful of fans here and there will happen regardless of what you do, so the right thing should always be what's best to put the club in the best possible position. And if promotion happens (even if it's through this craziness of the RFL changing structures), then it's hard to say anything other than the club is moving forward and is in a much better position than it has been for a while.

Well, the truth is that the new system wouldn't matter if we weren't doing well in the league, so I suspect what you say is correct.
