Very good debut, but we all know what he is capable of so it's hardly a surprise for him to be man of the match today. Lack of consistency is what has kept him at this level for so long though. As fans I guess we appreciate some flashes of individual brilliance but I guess the coaches look for more than just that.
No point looking back though. Kear believes we are better off without him and for me he's doing a pretty decent coaching job even if his style and methods aren't to everyone's taste.
