Agree, Leeds completed 18/23 and that may be proved the difference.

Very poor executions from Saints and great defence from Leeds. Saints completion rate was 52% which meant 102 more tackles to be made, that was enough for Leeds to play a basic steady game and make the most of there chances.
Very disappointing from a Saints fan point of view but the team is in reasonable shape to fix and respond.

Leeds were missing Cuthbertson, Peteru, Galloway, Ward, Ferres, Ormonroyd, Sutcliffe, Dwyer and Keinhorst.

Imagine what we’d have done to Saints at full strength.
