£20 a ticket and £15 on beer and merchandise.....so an away fan is worth £35. At best, 1,000 is the average away support split across 11 rounds and I am being really generous here, so Toronto, replacing say Wakefield will cost a SL club £35,000.
The minimum turnover of a SL club is £4,000,000 so Toronto instead of Widnes is worth less than 1% of a SL clubs turnover.

There are many valid reasons for and against expansion into America, but "AWAY FANS" isn't one of them. :BEAT:

What’s the criteria? I thought it had a lot to do with what the clubs do in the community, youth development and such like rather than on field performance.

U19s in the Grand Final again
Women's team have been brilliant in their first season, making the cup semis and looking like they can make their Grand Final.

Wakefield Trinity - we've acheived our season's objectives and held on to our place at the top table securing yet another slice of the Sky pie.

Looking forward to seeing what we can rectruit from down under with our £1.8m burning a hole in our pockets.

Toulouse Olympique full-back Mark Kheirallah was crowned Betfred Championship Player of the Year for 2018. The French International secured the award ahead of fellow Toulouse player Johnathon Ford.
