Warrington RLFC: The Wire, NOT Warrington Wolves

FORZA WIRE

Re: GRAND FINAL WEEK : Thu Oct 11, 2018 6:00 pm
I just want to win to be honest. I couldn't care less how it's achieved, whether anyone cries fair or foul, or whether other fans brand us deserved winners or a disgrace to the sport. I just want the trophy.

Surely it can only be a player from Catalans. Probably the best RL side I have ever witnessed in this season's comp.

Always a HB isn’t it. Last time he tried it on a forward he got knocked out with one punch.

I hope there's little tolerance of dissent for this one. An aspect of the modern game I really dislike.

Ill let other teams come up with excuses why they haven't or didn't win.
I'll give most Leeds fans credit, they get the job done and worry about being called all the names under the sun after they've won.
That's what being a grand final winner takes.

Spot on along with your previous post. All teams try and get away with stuff just the same despite some teams fans believing their teams are angels who don’t push limits or foul and never score contentious tries.

The only thing Wigan and Leeds are guilty of doing more of than other teams is winning Grand Finals.

Your job is to say to yourself on a job interview does the hiring manager likes me or not. If you aren't a particular manager's cup of tea, you haven't failed -- you've dodged a bullet.

The most blatant piece of thuggery we have seen on a rugby field since the Widnes team of the 80-90s. It finished a career and it should have finished his.

That wasn’t even the worst act of violence in that game compared to Hansen’s attempted career-ender on Ratchford which affected him for a full year after that game. Third man in, stationary leg, joints open and he comes in full body weight on Ratchford who snapped two ligaments. Targeted, instructed, changed the game.

The one where first contact was with Ratchford's Hip/Backside?
As for targeted and instructed - I'd like to know where that comes from?

So whilst agreeing that it wasn't the best tackle Hansen ever made (A Player who I don't think anyone would ever call Dirty?) as he probably didn't need to lose his feet in that instance to compare it to Westwoods act and describe it as "Violence" is ridiculous.
Anyway, I look forward to the excuses after Tomorrow's game if you lose.

Wasn't there's actual footage of Wane saying something along the lines of "go out there and cause f#####g mayhem" on the Auz WCC?
