He was a good player and performed well but unlikely he would have stood out in the 2011/12 team, meninga would have...... Tho I don't think is was ment as a direct comparison could be substituted with lyons and others of that quality

I cannot see he changing so quickly, given the fact he resisted or wanted to stay at Salford, who forced that sale through.

Bit of an overreaction to one article that doesn't say BMM is looking for a way out, and it says he is happy in super league.
It would Take something Astranomical to entice him away.
Seeing as most NRL clubs are struggling to retain players and are offloading players left right and centre, Doesn't really ring any alarm bells does it

LOOKS LIKE MAL MENINGA. Not is as good as, not on par, not comparable..... "came to Warrington and LOOKED like Mal" its a simile, not comparing him at all.

Jesus some people... I.E Warrington were that bad we made Leigh look like the Kangaroos.

By definition a simile is a comparison but I understood what you meant.

A simile is all about directly comparing one thing to another....

However, I figure now that you meant that we were so poor we made an average player appear to be an exceptionally good player.

I think its complete balls. There is no mention in there of us or the fact that he had just signed a 3yr deal. My bet is that interview was before he signed for us.
