Using the car analogy
What we thought we were buying
A prestige used car. Will turn heads, and cause others jealousy. Will leave it's user with a great feeling of worth
What we got
A run of the mill family saloon. Will do a job, sometimes unreliable. What we paid out for, leaves you feeling disappointed
Don't get me wrong. I WANT the fella to succeed. He plays for my team, after all. I want us to be successful.
When his replacement comes, I'll give him more than a "fair crack of the whip". However, if he doesn't live upto expectations, I and a fair few others will let our feelings known. Being a fan sometimes means handing out brickbats, as well as bouquets
