Listening and feeling for the first time in a long while like this was “a bridge to far” with 12 men and 12-4 down at halftime.
But once again the theme tune from “the great escape” is playing in my head. 10 mins left and we are 26-12 up
Top four or not KP and the boys have earned my respect with the comeback in this game and this season.

Only 1 team ever going to win.
Once we cut out the errors and Childs let the game flow we controlled the game.
I felt Hanson really took it to them and Reynolds controlled the game with a brilliant performance but all the lads deserve credit-these boys mean business.

I hope the Leigh fans caught up in the accident on the M62 on the way home from today's game are okay. Do any of you know if anyone was hurt?

Yes seemed like 5 or 6 cars on the hard shoulder as we passed, I hope everyone is okay.

There was no 'comeback' it was just as always at Mount Pleasant, a game of two halves meaning, whoever is playing down the Slope has a distinct advantage and believe me, it truly is a Slope!
I could have been twelve thousand miles away and known which way Batley had played in the first half! Its a farcical pitch to play a game of sport on!

Hi 'H', I know your not going to hold back in your criticism of Acton however, what did you think of the two 'imbeciles' who got themselves sent off against Leeds and brought the club such bad National press in the process? Peter Matautia in particular, it could be argued cost us dearly at Blackpool against Canada's best team and, his 'Brain fart' against Leeds was equal to anything Acton may have done!
There is no doubt both Matautia and Dawson have both been missed and, they severely weakened our team with their prolonged respective absences

Hansen was a machine as was Ben Reynolds but the Big H stood out a mile for me, a true Captains knock !

I don’t see why you are making comparisons of other offences for your defence of the serial offender. Just because others offend and get punished for it doesn’t mean it gives free rein to Acton to continue to be a senseless liability.
He is obviously your hero but surely even you have a limit as to what is enough.
