Second question, what money has he put in? A loan does not constitute putting money in if he takes it back out crippling the club.

As Mr Cunningham took up the Director of Rugby role , it would be him that would normally decide the clubs recruitment policy , otherwise , what was his responsibility ?

I suspect that like you I am not completely familiar with the clubs accounts over the last 4/5 years , I am however familiar with the general costs involved in running the club previously

Money will have been put in , of that I can assure you
