2017 in SL should balance those books.
There is a total debt on the business then of £532k, with zero mortgage as it was debt free due to swapping Leyth land for a Leyth facility. It should be offered to a non profit making non council Local organization to run for the benefit of all Leyth. Centurions should be granted the same benefits as others, eg Scarlets, 99 year rent free and all match day income

I expect the dept to Wigan council to have increased during the 2017 SL season unless DB has paid the overdue rent since his last statement.
The accounts for Sporting Club Leigh Ltd up to the 31st December 2017 and due at companies house by the 30th September 2018 are marked 'OVERDUE'
The 11% shareholding in the LSV I think is being confused with the 11% of the profits from Bar and Food sales on match days
