Up next at the John Smiths - Hull FC...

Interesting one this.. you would think that we would start favourites on Friday.

Be nice if Murphy is back for Mellor who has been playing really well but I would play Smith if not but it looks as if the other obvious move Hinchy to loose forward won’t happen as it’s seems Leeming probably won’t play again.

Wonder if it’s worth a punt to play Mamo/Wardle at 4 and Turner at 13 or Mamo at 1 and Rankin at 4 and Turner at 13 as he has played there before.

Be interesting to see how we carry the pressure of being expected to win.

Looking forward to watching Mr Matagi play at home and see the crowd reaction as after a game and some more training he will be up for it.

Heady times for us Fartown fans....l

mellor hasnt broken his jaw so he can still play you would think.

think murphy is fit for this week so thats a boost.

be crazy to start changing the spine of the team by putting mamo back in for rankin, leave brough/gaskell/obrien and rankin as it is!

yes we will start faves and hull fc seem to be in the doldrums right now.

could find ourselves 4 points off the top 4 friday night  (cas and wire play each other)

So is there any real reason why Leeming isn't getting game time? Or just out of favour?

Rumour has it he’s in some bother don’t normally listen to them but source knew Roche was playing and Leeming out well before team sheets were published.

Can’t say what I’ve been told wouldn’t be right but bad news if it’s true which I really hope not.

Heard the rumours are rubbish- so who knows!
Club needs to come out and say something whatever.

The club don't need to speculate on internet rumours.

No they don’t- but they Should give info about injuries - he was in the squad and removed. One of the things we all said was a breath of fresh air when Thorman was in charge was the comprehensive injury updates.

Woolford said on Wednesday "Leeming is fit" after I had asked for a full injury update and specifically mentioned Leeming in it.

and Leaming wasnt removed from the squad. He was still in the 19man squad on Friday night (along with Mamo).

I presume Daniel Smith was down to play on friday and picked up an injury. Woolford would have then wanted another second row to replace him so therefore called up Roche.
Woolford has previously stated he is happy with O Brien at hooker at the moment with Hinchcliffe able to fill in there when he needs a break. He probably saw no reason to change this against St Helens as it has been working well.
If there is nothing to comment on then why would the club make a statement.
