Sunday 22nd July Fev v London : Wed Jul 18, 2018 10:19 am
What is everyone's thoughts?

For me I am expecting a London win by 10-16 points, given our half back sittuation at the moment. Riddy and Holmes injured, Maskill out in the cold or injured and Wildie suspened for this game leaves Fev with Thacks, Keal plus Aaron (loanie) to cover stand off, scrum half, hooker and replacement hooker, not a good place to be.

That doesn't sound good. You seem to have played well last weekend

This should be a bell ringer. Our games are typically tough with a close result

Its an exciting end to the season thats for sure. You've got Toronto to go, Fax have TO.....

That would be that last two fixtures at Fev (London won 24-8 in 2015) I think the bookies will have you 2-6 points favourites for this one. I hope we can keep you to that which will make it an exciting game at the least.

.

We (Fev) have been dispatching the bottom six teams without trouble, but after beating Halifax, Toulouse and Leigh early in the season we have struggled against the other top 6 teams, especially since we lost both starting halves, Ridyard and Holmes. Most of the Fev supporters are trying to guess who might partner Thackeray at half back on Sunday with Wildie (who was already our fourth choice half back) suspended.

Still, it's a huge game for both teams and maybe we will rise to the occasion.

How are the Fev lads doing in the heat?
A few Fax fans were reckoning on Sunday that Fev will struggle to hold London if it's hot.
Anyone know the weather forecast?

Either way , if it's half as good as Sunday's it should be a great game.

Just dont know what to make of it all!!!

In terms of man on man quality I think we have the edge BUT in terms of experience / big games Fev have the edge. Add to this our regular woes at Post Office Road.

I desperately hope we win of course.

Should we lose, its the egg cup, pointless few weeks. Fev on the other hand might struggle to get 17 fit bodies on the park especially if Leeds pull up the DR draw bridge.

I think our last two games should stand us in good stead. We know that when tested we can turn up and get a result - 3 points from two games against top 4 opposition.
Won't be easy but neither were our last two .

Hope it’s our last game that stands us in good stead, Toulouse was not a good game.
