Let’s face it the structure for next year is either same as this year or one up one down.

Let’s assume Toronto go up and Toulouse, Halifax and ourselves remain Championship. Leigh and Fev are likely to be somewhat weaker next year, the teams coming up, who knows and the team coming down, who knows.

So there’s the 4 sorted, but if its 1 up/down, we have got a REAL chance. Add some quality in a couple of areas, retain the vast majority of squad, and push hard for top spot. In fact I’d prefer the latter option.

Given that, the club should be all out to retain Cunno, Jarrod, Eddie. Api is more down than up in my opinion. Eloi is a fill in. Matt F and Channing appear to have no future. Dixon, well the jury is out, especially as there is talk of him going to play union. Matt D is off, Matt Davies off the pace, Sam D has potential. No forgetting Sid, Will, Jimmy, Rob who haven’t been involved of late. No idea on this Pelo bloke.

If we're in the Championship we need a steady, reliable half to play alongside Sammut and control our game. Let him do his thing alongside them. We can then move Cunningham (hoping he stays!) back to hooker, where he's head and shoulders the best in the comp.

Api can be brilliant or non-existent. And often injured. So I'm not convinced he's worth the wages.
Pelissier I still don't rate. Too much dancing around at the ruck instead of getting good ball to 1st receiver which should be his bread and butter. Davies is a capable back up hooker.
No idea how Pearce-Paul and Ogden have been getting on out on loan.

We'll miss Matt Davis though, he does a lot of work for us.

I'm guessing 2 or 3 will be promoted from the Academy?

Slightly off topic but Api suffered a broken toe against Leeds, so I'm guessing that's his season over??

If thats true the game has gone softer than I first thought. Quick jab and get out there.

Of the players who the previous poster named only Battye has signed, there a lot of players moving on...to be replaced by the majority of the youngsters and academy players, although I am reliably informed Keiron Moss has signed! It will be a long hard season next year...do not underestimate Bradford + York

Cunny has not signed for anyone else yet neither has Jarrod!
Reckon both would stay if offered, certainly cunny, in fact he has gone to the club and told em what he has been offered by the SL club to see if they can offer him anywhere near.

Spoke to Api today, as yet he has not been offered anything, he didn’t say if he had anything else in the pipeline.

His foot was in a plastic protective brace, did ask if we would see him on the park again this season, he didn’t say no so possible he might be back.
