I'd hope not. He is Yorkshire's answer to Gareth Hock, and will go the same way.

Personally wouldn't mind taking that risk if we weren't well stocked for full backs, but seeing as we already have Sam, Escare & Sarginson really can't see Hardacre as an option.

5 years too, does anyone get that these days?

A 5 year deal for a 26 year old coming off a ban for drugs and numerous other misdemeanours throughout his career? NO CHANCE.
The fact Cas seem to be standing by him and as been said previously we are well stocked at full back surely means this is a non starter.

He hardly goes a year without some off field incident.
If we are looking to sign him there must have been some great thought into his history and reasons why.

I am in the minority who aside from the off field demeanours I dont think he is as good as people make out on the pitch. I heard he has given a verbal agreement and will be a Wigan player once his ban runs out. Hopefully this isnt the case

Is this from a reliable source?as It just doesn’t add up. I take it we will be paying a transfer fee too which isn’t like us. Cas ain’t gonna stick by him through his ban then just let him walk mid contract surely?
