Joe Burgess can leave for me. If someone in the NRL wants him. As well as the wingers already fighting for first-team spots we have Joe Brown. I”ve seen some under 19s games on Wigan TV and he looks the part. Only a matter of time before he is knocking on the door.

Hardaker did ok at Penrith and I think he played right centre. But it shouldn’t be an issue. A drug ban should be two years. Same for Ben Barba. The game in Australia is rife with coke. I’ve payers in bars doing lines straight after games. Not sure if it is the same in England, but we definitely have issues. Remember Bromwich and Proctor after the ANZAC test.

Perhaps he will be a project replacement for FPN. Get a few pies down him. I remember when Tony Clubb was a centre.

Zac Hardaker is an interesting proposition. We are obviously ok for full backs. If we were to sign him I’d hope we’d be looking to move Sam T to the halves and either move Powell on or move him to hooker if TL is retiring. Centre would be an option but his best position is clearly full back.

If Hardaker came could Escare be tried at Hooker?, he is elusive and has speed of the mark, might be a great lal scooting Hooker and he has played in the Halves in the past, stranger things have happened, of course Sam Powell would have to be moved on

Keep Escare, keep Powell and use the money we may well waste on Hardaker and sign a big forward or a specialist centre would be my vote.

Agreed. I'd disagree with Melbourne Warrior, I thought ZH was pretty poor for Penrith. And, bottom line,we don't really need him. And I certainly don't want us to lose Morgan Escaré.

He's never massively impressed as a centre. Sign him as a FB or don't sign him at all.

I have to admit that i don't get the ZH signing on a number of levels. As far as depth at FB goes we've got the best in the English game in Sam and a kid with huge potential in Escare. After that we've got Sarginson who's previously shown he can play, and play well, in that position. I'd much prefer Sarge at #1 and a quality right centre brought in instead.

My next point might be a bit controversial for some, but is ZH really that good of a player? Don't get me wrong, he's got good defence and a strong running game, but I've never seen him pass well or jump in as a 3rd playmaker. Seeing that's the way we like to play then there seems to be big skillks gap. If we're on the lookout for someone who's defensively strong and has a top notch running game why don't we look to convert one of our 4 outstanding wingers, all of whom are under contract with us?

Firstly I do think Zac is that good of a player, former MOS and now watching Can, it's clear they're missing him I both attack and defence.

The recruitment of Zac is for 2020 at the earliest. Maybe we'll see movement in the FB position before and around then. Possibly Move Sam permanently to 7. Who knows about Escare.

Dave Taylor till the end of the season just been mentioned on the other site, anyone else heard anything, i wouldn't say no to it
