I will hold my hand up about my criticism of our current coach however it would be totally ignorant to not a knowledge how good that was tonight.

Watched the game on a bar in Pefkos Rhodes . That was as good a defensive display as I've seen in over 60 years of watching Wigan.

Fully agreed. Probably the finest display of defence against a great team in many a season.

One word: Formidable.

Great to see Wane at the end. He’s had some criticism over the years but the guy is Wigan to the core.

We need to get the job done next week by any means possible.

Looked half asleep Lockers as well at points but I’m sure he’ll bounce back next week.

Feel for Hamlin but I felt the right team had been picked before kick off and it looked that way. He didn’t get many minutes tonight but Escare could have a big part to play next week on a big pitch at Old Trafford.

Good defence but niggly and borderline legal.Sadly you've got the players to play a more expansive game and still win so let's hope that the incoming coach gives them more freedom.
