The players and coaches have elected a leadership team consisting of Lockers, Farrell, Leuluai and Clubb. I’d have expected Flower to be in there but he’s not. I’d be interested to see who members of this group would include.

Those four would be in many people’s thoughts I’d think. The only others I can think of would be Flower and Powell really. I guess if you want a younger voice in there then maybe somebody like Gildart. He seems a level headed lad and confident enough to cope with that responsibility.

Would have liked a younger player in there for the sake of continuity, three of the four may well be retired after Edwards first season. I suppose its difficult though as we are probably on borrowed time with Gildart and Williams
