If they were identical and under similar circumstances then maybe but they're not. It's terrible luck.

If Davies was an ACL you might have a sniff to go at with this but it wasn’t. It’s an unfortunate collision injury and could have happened to anybody. It happened to McIllorum but he’s not a winger.

If a leg injury occurs in a collision/tackle there is not a great deal you can do about it. It's a contact sport and players will get injured. If we were having none contact injuries all the time then I would be concerned. The one's that worry me wrt conditioning are the continued strains that Lockers, Flower and Clubby keep getting.
