All he is doing is showing passion for our club and saying he wants to support MC

Why shoot him down ?

If we protest then I will absolutely be there with him

1. Because it's a waste of time.

2. Because he expects someone else to waste their time organising this waste of time on his behalf.

As a rational person with some understanding of how the world works I can't agree

There are very few ways as tax payers we can show how dissatisfied we are

A protest would certainly be one way to do that

You'd run the risk of it being counter productive to the cause of the trust.

The more that passionate WT supporters make it a "trinity V council" spectacle to create publiec interest, the more it actually alienates the public and the ACTUAL issue here.....

Whilst I cannot fault or ever dispute the dissatisfied Wakefield fans, the real injustice is the release of green belt land and withdrawal of a promised community facility for the district.

In the cold light of day, "the club" are only one small section of the community that has been wronged..... However the trust are speaking on behalf of the community as a whole.

It is far more logical to offer solidarity and unity, as opposed to passionate public protests, in my opinion

A community facility / stadium that the vast majority of the Wakey public have no idea about.

If only there was a local paper that was prepared to do just that :( . Outline from the very start to what's happening now. What was originally promised and how the fans and Community were used to get 15000 signatures of support to get land reclassified from greenbelt to build a huge development under a S106 agreement.
From the new stadium, that would be used not just by Trinity, but for any sports Club that could afford the peppercorn rent, Wakefield College was also very interested in using the place . To all the extra facilities that the Community at large had access to as, well as all those jobs they promised to create off the back of all that. If the wider Community at large knew the full story I think a lot more people than just fans of our Club would be asking questions.

And that's the point shifty, it not just about Trinity fans. WMDC have an obligation to the whole of the Wakefield public but seem to have forgotten that fact and seem more than happy to blame the club .

How kind you are. Maybe you could both join forces and get the demo started?

You are absolutely right but it isn't his first time and I would imagine people now doubt his credibility
