Continually getting the privacy pop-up every time I open up a new thread. Had this a few weeks ago and then it stopped, back again now.

I don't get it but it's been reported to Admin so hopefully resolved soon.

It has been driving me mad ever since the new act about privacy came in you are basically asked to agree to your information being used every time you visit a site or you are blocked from looking at it.. I don't think that was what was intended when the act was brought in .On this particular site you are asked to agree every time you look at a new page which is ridiculous. But to be fair it only happens on my phone using the chrome browser which comes with the phone but with Mozilla for example on my computer it doesn't happen.

I had it for a while, kept ignoring it and it went away eventually. The most alarming thing about it is when you click to see who they're sending your details to...there's a huge list of 'partners'. Then if i wanted to opt out I had to uncheck them all individually. Almost made me ditch this site altogether.

and talking of ditching the site: the reason why I didn't delete my account was because I couldn't actually find a way to delete it, there's no delete profile option! Unless I missed it hidden away somewhere

the idea is to keep you hooked, I only came back on to keep alight with the stadium news

Yup, my thoughts too. Probably get more advertising money with more members too, active or not.
