On a slightly obscure tangent, can I just say how much I like Salford's kit! Simple, bold, stylish and distinctive.
In this day and age of image & branding I amazed that IMG didn't recommend all clubs adopt distinctive and identifiable colours and markings to establish presence within the sporting environment.
We, for instance, should always, wherever possible, be playing in black & white irregular hoops, it's a part of who and what we are and we should celebrate it. Some of the kits SL teams turn out in have no meaning or linkage to their club's history, and they look like a dog's dinner to boot!!
