Agree with mwindass (won't let me quote at the moment). I don't think he'll have a problem getting a job on the coaching staff in the NRL given his track record so it'll likely be down to whether he wants another crack at being a head coach and how he feels about moving half way across the world for that opportunity.

Cartwright has applied for several SL coaching jobs in the last few years. Looks like he wants to be a head coach again

Good choice if ex Salford player gets the Job. Re Rowley - He lives in a posh large House in Worsley with his wealthy wife and family - he is undeterred re long distance coaching - remember he was at Toronto!

Toronto were based in Manchester

Plus he went there 7 years ago, alot can change, older your children get harder it is to move.

Watson and Rohan Smith must be under massive pressure. Hopefully all this Cartwright talk is real and we can get him signed up soon. Don't fancy competing against another 2 SL teams for a coaxh

Rowley will go to Leeds and I'd be surprised if Davy sacks watson mid season

I don't think Hetherington has a habit of sacking coaches 'in season' either. Furner is the only one I can remember.

Could do without the competition that's all.
