Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?

Although we've had the 2 wonderful cup wins, radford has also overseen our worst defeat and worst losing run in our 153 year history. Things need to be good from the off next year or his tenure as coach has to be in question
This isn't the longest run of defeats, there has been much worse.

Well, they're wrong, I can remember 19 defeats in 1963/4, give or take the odd year/defeat.
(And it didn't stop me going.)
The club website used to give all results going back to the 1800's, but that's long since gone.
Maybe I've got a programme for that season - and maybe life's too short.

Well, there must be at least one person who is interested, so here goes.
Between 31st August 1963 and February 8th 1964, we lost 21 games and won just one, with a losing run of 13 games.
Oddly, the A team had a run of 13 games undefeated during the same period.
Teams for the derby on 27th March 1964 were....
Keegan, Rosenburg, Stocks, Carmichael, Doyle-Davison, Mountain, Finn, Casey, McGlone, Sykes, Neale, Broom, Johnson.
Kellett, Paul, Major, Moor, Blackmore, Burwell, Elliott, Tyson, Flanagan, Taylor, Palmer, Clark, Poole.
British Railways were running an excursion to Keighley for the next game, costing 13/6 or 68p.
