Look, Hull KR are repeat offenders on this front. Minimal action taken and the RFL has no interest in calling them to account. Quite telling that even after the flares and bottle throwing on Friday Rovers made a Twitter post about its pride in every fan and have now had to put out a token condemnation. Both sides (club and fans who know perpetrators) should act appropriately and get these fools prosecuted. But there's a repeated pattern here. Rovers will only stop this when they recognise it and root it out.

You can if you like, but the topic is repeated missile throwing by Rovers fans. If there are no consequences you reap what you sow, unfortunately.

The game also saw reports of Hull FC fans taking part in throwing bottles, with one video showing missiles raining down on Hull KR fans in the KCOM stadium.

Hull FC fan Andrew Robbins has urged fellow supporters of both clubs to accept the blame equally.

Hull ban alcohol in seating area for play-off derby with Hull KR
At the first Hull derby in the Super League play-offs, no alcohol will be allowed in the KC Stadium's spectator seating for what promises to be a highly charged Saturday evening fixture as Hull FC aim to avoid a repeat of the crowd misbehaviour that marred last weekend's home defeat by Leeds.
Hull have averted the threat of punishment from the Rugby Football League by signalling their intention to ban for life one supporter who ran on to the pitch and attempted to tackle the Leeds wing Scott Donald during the game, and are also investigating a bottle-throwing incident during their previous home fixture, against the Crusaders.
"The investigation is not yet complete," said Hull's chief executive, James Rule. "However, I believe that we need to take proactive action to ensure that the good name of this club is not tarnished by the action of one or two individuals. It is not just about reputation – incidents such as this run the risk of sanction from the RFL."

Thanks once again for pointing out the HULL FC take positive action against miscreants and also try to limit antagonism between fans by banning alcohol sales in the ground when necessary, also quoting an ex chief executive stating that fans who transgress will be banned. All positive in my view but never seem to hear the same rhetoric from the Dark Side. Carry on living in your red and white bubble and never ever see things in black and white.

The first reaction from the Dobbins hierarchy on Friday was to tweet their thanks to all their supporters, and that they thought the world of each and everyone of them.
I assume that included the bottle throwers. Tells you all you need to know.
They just keep blaming everyone else though, so it’s fine.

This is the point. No consequences = repeat offences.

You constantly fail to respond to your own bottle throwers and your clubs lack of action against them but this is you after all

That's not true. I don't know what action is being taken against them as the investigation is ongoing but I would hope and expect that they are prosecuted by the police, made examples of by the club and banned from all sporting arena. Certainly there is a very clear photo doing the rounds on social media of the Rovers fan wielding a lit flare which is helpful. You seem unwilling to acknowledge the repeat pattern here. Until this is recognised and dealt with, nothing will change.

It would appear your mate Ronnie has beaten you to it with his avatar pic. 19 year ago that. Very well done and completely ignoring the very current problems which were very evident on Friday.
