I thought the forward battle was pretty equal, but your backs were so much better than ours. How many of our passes did you intercept/or did but 'lost the ball', my mate reckons 8 times.
Our play is so predictable, and somebody like Tim Sheens would have noted that after watching us play once, I guess.

Well, that was fun. Not something we've able to to say often lately, and not often I've come away from a game hoarse recently.

I think teddypicker can only mean we're (open to debate) a bigger club as Leigh were noticeably bigger physically.

We had a game plan today and executed. There's still things to work on but we put in an eighty minute performance. Leigh look to be massively lacking confidence and belief, they're body language was awful at times.

Great to see Shaw in clear air, the lad has pace, I've no idea where he came from for his second try. Josh Johnson looks a player, made great yards and Jordan Abdul had his best game that I've seen him play in a Rovers shirt, really put in a proper half backs display of game management in that second half.

Big defensive effort from the whole team in defending five back to back sets in the second half.
More please Tim and Rovers.

Surely you don't mean that Abdul had a great game in the halves? Not the same Abdul that so many see only as a 13?

I could not get to thr match because of family commitments so look forward to seeing his performance on KRTV

defence won us the game yesterday, Abdul did play well along with many of the youngsters still see him as a andy Farrell type ball playing loose man ,

Cracking win, fancied you to win as your confidence is high whilst Leigh's is low and not too much between the teams, bookies was very generous with Rovers at -10 :D

Surely a draw against Hull, home or away would be the best draw for you, good payout, big test if your side and nothing to lose.

Nightmare draw for us IMO though.

Home match against a SL team we might meet in the middle eights would be my preference.

Agree and disagree the point is if and it might be a big if we beat them and they then know what to do to beat us but if we get beat by them and we do play them they might then think we will be easy and we can turn the tables on them so agree and disagree if you faller my drift :)

I'm not for the mind games. Just go out and win every match we can.

They showed great resolve especially after getting relegated from league one by Scunthorpe yesterday to pick themselves up :D
