Looks a good signing, certainly inpressed me when I've seen him play, fair play signing as I reckon he owes Rovers for getting his career back on track

may sound a bit daft as we are 2nd bottom of the league but the club seems in its best situation for a number of years ,vai vai ,mosoe,mulhern etc all extending their stays can only be good for the club,3 or 4 more decent additions next year may rid us of the relegation fear that haunts the smaller clubs,providing of course we negotiate the dreaded 8s this time

I think Sheens has been offered hundreds of players from Super League, Queensland Cup, NSW cup, and hasnt just signed players for signings sake. By the looks of things he is uber selective of who he signs, he's either had to have coached them or knows a lot about the player.

Also i feel he's not just signing players just on ability, but on how well they will fit with the group of players, because from afar the current squad looks the happiest and most together in a long while.

I know he's a bit of an outcast these days, but has there been any updates on Minns? Staying? Going? Banned by the RFL?

If Heff returns to fitness and with Vaivai now signed up, would he even get into the team, let alone the pending UKAD decision?

There is/was the Keinhorst rumour as well.

I find it hard to look beyond SL survival at the end of this season, at the moment. It’ll need addressing at some point, but I suspect it is in the long grass for now.

If he gets 14 months, like ZH, dated from his admission and being placed on leave, he could return mid-June next year. If it is the standard 24-month tariff, it’d mean he’d miss all of next year and the start of 2020, which is quite a big difference imo.
