Some anti-French posters raise the question: what good is French rugby league doing for British rugby league?

In today's game between Leigh and Barrow there were four (4) French men


Leigh Centurions: Kevin Larroyer, Jordan Dezaria

Barrrow Raiders: Georgy Gambaro, Arnauld Barthes (on loan from Catalans)


Even at Championship level it makes for a nice cosmopolitan European flavour for northern hemisphere rugby league, which already has Eloi Pelissier at London, Theodore Fages at St Helens, Morgan Escare and Romain Navarette at Wigan, and Gadwin Springer at Castleford.

We had a young French kid thiabalt franck but he’s returned home now I think we need another French team in SL the time is right and so are Toulouse unfortunately I don’t think they have enough this year

Flatcappears on here are always saying Catalan and Toulouse should play in the French League and that Toronto Wolfpack should play in the Canadian League. Have a look in the Toronto v Hull kr thread.
