Presumably not if they are saying 3 up and 1 down from League 1 to make a 14 team Championship. IMO we are at an opportune time to expand SL whilst we have a strong Toronto, Tolouse and London with Bradford and York both looking ready plenty strong enough to go in the Championship.

Sounds like he's actually rejected it. We'll still be accused of being the RFLs pets etc if the RFL push it through ;)
