Tbf, if he thinks the other three are Salford, Leeds and Hull KR, then some might count them as not relegated rather than promoted.

The title is “who will be promoted”. <edit>. Therefore I only think that Toronto will be promoted. That’s is why I answered Toronto. I also think that Leeds, Salford and Hull KR will be in SL next season but that wasn’t part of the question as they were already in SL and ergo, can’t be promoted.

Assuming Leeds turn up I can see London overturning the PD and get the home game in the MPG, and winning it from there.

Not sure they're ready for it but they'd have earned the right, and that's what's sports about for me
