Brexit Anyone ? (part 3) : Tue Oct 16, 2018 7:44 am
Is Ireland going to be the issue that prevents a deal and if so, what happens next ?

Unless a decent number of Labour politicians support Mrs May and Corbyn is telling them not to, there doesnt look any way that the deal will make it through Parliament.

Why wasn't such an important issue discussed with the voters, instead of the big red bus ??

Because it was only really about keeping forriners out. The same myopic xenophobes are now saying put the border back with Eire. They'll be happy with a few dead Irish but might change their tune when the first bomb goes off in mainland UK.

Now we know what a shambles and failure Brexit will be, with the nhs getting less funding not more as promised by the lies on the big red bus. We know the nhs will have a shortage of medicines and we will have food shortages with empty supermarket shelves. Now that is public knowledge the only thing that can happen next is a people’s vote.

Jeremy Corbyn spends his whole parliamentary career disobeying his party leaders instructions , and now he expects them to go against their constituents wishes because he wants to really mess the country up

Hypocrit of the highest order

Unless you can see into the future you have no knowledge about supermarket shelves being empty. Meanwhile it’s pure comedy gold with the March of snowflakes in London yesterday . Highly entertaining to see the ranks of smug faces on view. Even more amusing to see the political failures on the stage Chuka is finished in the Labour Party, likewise soubry is finished in the Conservative party. Cleggy unfortunately could not attend, remember him destroying the Liberal Democrats party. He is on is way to California with a million dollar salary. Bye bye snowflake suckers I am a man of principal, until someone waves a bag of money under my nose. This farce shows no sign of abating,it’s highly entertaining, long may it continue.

Apologies I have missed out the biggest howler of the week. Alaister Campbell asking people to go on the London march. Andrew Neil reminding him that a million people marched in London against the Iraq war ,yet Campbell and Blair totally ignored them and we all know what happened thereafter.

Strangely enough, the horrors of the "troubles" have been at their peak during our membership of the Common Market /EU & during that time we didn't hear a peep from our Euro chums about solving the NI issues. This border debate is just a Euro ruse to scotch Brexit & to stop the good ship Great Britain sailing off into the seas of worldwide prosperity & away from this corrupt beaurocracy.

Your job is to say to yourself on a job interview does the hiring manager likes me or not. If you aren't a particular manager's cup of tea, you haven't failed -- you've dodged a bullet.

Why should having a border automatically lead to out and out warfare?

Erm, wasn't there a Northern Ireland and EIRE living side by side before we joined a trade agreement that was a smokescreen to political/legal/monetary/absolutely total European union?
Why should there be any changes to the border? I don't get it, and it does seem a ploy to delay/derail brexit.
