Well played Loiners last night!

We struggled with the 'contact' rules and positional discipline at times but overall had a good game. It should be a useful warm-up for next Monday against York.

Regarding the rules, when we have the return fixture it will be under the Tag Merit Rules! We will have to ensure that Cas and the ref are clear on that matter.

Aye, good effort that second half fellas - kept them down to a try and a drop goal for the 40 minutes IIRC.

Just need to make sure we don't turn that amount of ball over against York and play the game in their half rather than our own.

Take the positive that last night will be the most physical form of tag we'll ever play and in the second half we played their game especially Kirk. Against York we can't afford to drop ball or hang back in defence.

oh and drop goals, penalty kicks to touch and out and out fending was allowed but not a DELIGHTFUL chip kick and re-gather! Never mind. Let's have the same numbers up next week!
