Too many on here making excuses for Jenrick- two simple things, he broke lockdown and now he’s managed to smooth through a deal for a big Party donor and at the same time helped deny an inner city London cash strapped council millions of pounds.
In anything approaching a just world he’d have been sacked. In a decent one he’d have resigned.
In this world Boris will probably put Jenrick forward for a peerage.
