In terms of Christianity, to conflate natural disasters and gay marriage is at the same end of the spectrum as assorted tele evangelists of the nuttier variety, and not that distant from the inbred loons at Westbro.

However, there's nothing in what he wrote that constitutes incitement, and he is entitled to his opinion, regardless of how barking it is.

One of the funnier things is UKIP's u-turn from defending his right to hold and voice an opinion on Saturday, to changing its tune 24 hours later. The embarrassment factor rather overtook the party's commitment to free speech.

I live on top of a hill in London, I have to play it safe what with all those gay folks here, one of my neighbours are gay, does this mean I have to worry that it'll flood this high or do I just keep on top of my plumbing?

of Saudi Arabia - which is the ironic thing for many of "these people" against immigration and with extremist christian views - Islam fits very closely with many of their beliefs.
