No. But the fact that the Met are investigating the leak would seem to indicate that the notes are genuine. And there has also been a certain amount of corroboration from other sources.

Will Andrew Mitchell have the balls to sue the police for lying?

After all if what they are saying is untrue Mitchell should be entitled to compensation both from the police and the newspapers for damaging his reputation - what if this has derailed his career?
