You've put your finger on what I don't "get" about vodka.
i.e. It's a neutral spirit, unlike beer, wine, whisky, brandy, rum etc.
They all may have their flavour augmented by hops (in the case of beer) or the barrel's vanillin (the others) but the basic taste of what you're drinking is there.
I guess the exception to my rule is gin ... and I "get" gin.

Some good advice here. Never been one for dunking things in vodka though.

I can think of a few pastimes that involve dunking things in vodka (or <insert alcoholic beverage>). Nowt to do with biscuits though.

Who opens a box of Jaffa Cakes and doesn't finish it long enough to worry about putting them in the fridge?

I once ate a yard of Jaffa Cakes in two days..... I like Jaffa Cakes
