Oh aye. But if anyone gets this site into legal bother, I'll be annoyed. If a trial collapses because of contempt on here, I'll be VERY ANGRY!

The fact that Levitt has been involved (and presumably Starmer) means that this will have been gone over numerous times with the finest of fine tooth combs before charge. Still doesn't guarantee a conviction, mind

Oh I agree but I can imagine there being external pressures being put on them to drop it.

To an extent, but the proceedings will at least be an inconvenience to her, which is most welcome. And with any luck, the gutter press will invade her privacy to an unbearable degree before, during and after the trial.
