Advice is what we seek when we already know the answer - but wish we didn't

2010/11 Crown Court outcomes shows an 80% approx conviction rate,, based on convittion after trial and guilty pleas, with only a 6% acquittal rate after trial and a 20% overall acquittal rate. I'd guess that a private company would be fairly happy with an 80% success rate in their work in this area, given the complexities of criminal law and the fact that a third party (magistrates or jury) will consider the final decision. The fact that 70%+ of people charged pleaded guilty suggests that you're just trying and failing to have a dig at a public sector body again. Did they drop the charges against someone who offended Dally plc at some point? Is that why you're having a pop?
The CPS ain't perfect but (on another thread perhaps) lets have your suggestions for a better system.

Which "record" is this? A link to some proper evidence (see what I did there!) will be helpful.

This is the bit where Dally either.. A. changes tack due to him being proved to be talking silly talk again. Or B. He finds some website that has be previously ridiculed due to its 'selective' evidence to back himself up.
Which one are we going to plum for today Dally?

Given the CPS' record, I am not sure this will lead anywhere. Probably is posturing.
You mean the record of an organisation that frequently gets lambasted for NOT bringing charges because of insufficient evidence, the CPS that have all of the evidence from two parliamentary inquiries, numerous News Corp employees with an axe to grind because she cost them their livelihoods, the CPS that also have the sworn testimony of Culson amongst others.
