Them bull musk ox were lethal weapons on the Beebs Frozen Planet last night.

That and the fantastic helicopter shots of the thousands of albino Beluga's heading for that quiet secluded estuary.

Top TV.

There were probably a lot more watching that I'm a Celebrity w@nk, on the other side at the same time.

I hear the other parents talking about it in the playground at school and it makes me want to give them a bloody good shake.

Haven't watched last nights yet but the huge wide scenic shots in the previous episodes have been simply stunning. They've really managed to get across the vast bleakness but also the beauty of the continents.

There must be some form of correlation between the fooked up state of the country and the fooked up shoite that people get fed on their TV screens?

If they're mostly watching "I'm a Celebrity", there's no wonder your kids' school felt it necessary to provide a parents' playground

The BBC's natural history output is worth the licence fee on its own. Most of what they do is absolutely stunning, and Frozen Planet is no exception.

The sad thing is, they don't get fed it, they choose to watch it. If no one tuned in to garbage like that, they'd have to pull it.

No one would ever doubt that. Apart from some of the idiots at the BBC, no doubt under pressure from The Secretary of State for Culture Media & Sport, who were seriously considering slashing - not trimming or even cutting - the budget for the Natural History Unit. Attenborough's output alone over the last half-century, should be enough to tell the beancounters to keep their nose away.
