Can we please stop referring to one as "Boris" and the other as "Starmer"? This is a right wing media construction but people here are surely smart enough to see through that. Johnson is not your friend.

Sounds better than depiffle don't you think? Boris got that right as well when he said Starmer was intellectually bankrupt.

I see de Pfeffel does not know of any reason why he willor should resign and intends to take the cons into the next election. The former shows the person he is and the latter is not in his gift but that of the party.

It will all change if the Tories take a bath at the local elections.
If their result holds, Johnson will be safe, for now.

I see you have decided to adhere to the holy ghosts unusual request for parity in addressing the PM and the leader of the opposition
I say unusual has he has no alliance to either party, there is one bloke though who has his own affectionate name for our leader, so I doubt he'll conform.

I notice that de Pfeffel managed to visit a factory belonging to a Conservative donor on his tax payers plane.

It's just a mood thing Chis. I must be in a good mood today, though I've no idea why, perhaps it's because he's left the country (even if it's only for a couple of days) :D

My mood improved yesterday as Johnson looks to be heading for the exit.
As for 5 pm on Saturday, we live in hope

I was in a really good mood last night, to see the Tories being utterly unwilling to back their leader in the "partygate" vote.
It seems that even the Troy MP's have had enough of Bojo.
Mind you, most of them didn't make the effort to vote, which is pretty poor form.

Roll on the local elections :thumb:

Poor Rishi Sunak, from hero to zero.
His personal ratings have hit an all time low.

It's amazing what happens when the chancellor has to balance the books.

One was head of the CPS, the other has been sacked from every job they have had for being inept. Please don’t compare the intellect.
