So the cover up for Lyin Boris continues a pace, what with the Met refusing to investigate most of his illegal parties, and the secret meetings with Sue Gray to sanitise her report :D

Then just on cue,

And yes Lyin Boris lied to Parliament about this one specifically :D

A picture which formed part of the police investigation. Words from the Met Police

Now desperate people on here accusing the police of not being independent, whatever next.

Then we have desperate people who forget that de Pfeffel said in Parliament that this didn’t even happen.

So much for the scummy Tory claims the Sue Gray report is “independent”

Do you mean, yet another moment at another party ??

WTF were all those bottles doing on the table in either a "workplace" or "The PM's home", during lockdown.
The boundaries of "work event" for the current PM seem to have been stretched beyond breaking point.
The compulsive liar, just continues to lie but, it's ok because "it's just how he is".

Meanwhile the rest of the country couldn't meet people anywhere other than our garden.

The Sue Gray "meeting" is just another example.

"There was no meeting"

"We didn't arrange it", it was Sur Gray's request

And when the truth finally comes out, No 10 denies that they were trying to influence anything.

None of the above had any truth in it, as it was No 10 that requested the meeting, with a view to having the report shelved.

Is this what we should expect from Government ??

Lies, lies, lies.

Meanwhile, the energy cap is set to rise to £2800 in October and the best that Sunak can do is to tell people that "he will look at everything"

The Met Police headed up by Khan have conducted a comprehensive half a million pound investigation. The fines have been released. Move on.
As for Sunak what would you expect him to say?? Soundbites like the dullard and ginge, tax the oil companies, that will solve the problem. Labours default position never changes.

"Brian McDermott, with a wry smile, nods when asked if he remembers a specific incident which made him realise he was a prick. 'I do', he murmurs."

In fairness, the windfall tax, proposed by Labour and now being considered by the lying Tories, would make a difference in the short term.

The real issue here is that, as a nation, we have failed to secure our own energy supplies from within the UK and instead used overseas supplies of Gas, Electricity and Oil.
It's all great in the "good times" but, not quite so good in a crisis.

Even our UK electricity is largely run by overseas companies like EDF etc
Of the "big 6" UK suppliers 2 are German owned and one is French owned.
