Don't have a problem with Hammond or May, both of whom have eloquence in greater quantity than arrogance and have done some decent stuff outside Top Gear.

Clarkson however is little more than a self publicising clown, with nothing of any worth to say on anything. That he then went on to intimate that public sector workers should look at troops returning injured from Iraq and Afghanistan and think themselves lucky (while at the same time patting himself on the back for his "charidee" work) seems to have gone under the radar.

The headline is hardly descriptive either, Cameron calls him "silly" and says " I am sure he didn't mean that." That's really laying into him.
