If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

Shouldn't squirrels be hibernating at this time of year ?

The covid denial thing is just bloody staggering.
A few months ago, people would say "I dont know anyone who's had it, do you".

Quite honestly, I'm getting to the point where I know more people that have had covid than those who have not.
Thankfully most have been ok, with just one of those people ending up in ICU (he's 58). Mind you, I dont know all that many in the 80+ group and I believe it is they who are at most risk.

Everyone is at risk. How the argument on who is most vulnerable is another story.

Sorry, poor wording on my part.
Equal risk but, significantly different likely outcome.

That’s dependant on what you class as risk? Stay at home but go to work. Enough said from me.

Correct
But I can honestly say I know maybe a dozen that have been in hospital with it and 4 who have died (Age Ranging from 48 to Mid 70's)

But as a poster who I very rarely see on here kept telling me back in April/May - It's just anecdotal etc.

You never know our luck.
He might come along and give us a perfectly feasible explanation as to why we've had the highest increase in deaths in a single year since 1940?
Or why there were 91,000 more deaths in 2020 than the average between years 2015 to 2019?

Or why his parents in April/May just "Wanted to get on with their lives as life was for the young ones" and then 4 months later on 2nd wave wanted to protect the elderly (Or words to that effect) and wanted his parents protecting!

Have you had symptoms? What makes you different from the people you know to have had it? Are you Asymptomatic?

Do you you know?

No you don’t.. What you know is irrelevant as is with all of us.
