If the US and Russia destroy the Middle East and its oilfields they are winners. They both have huge energy resources and they get rid of the sources of terrorist funding.

That isnt going to happen but, with Russia stating that this is just one step from war, another chemical attack will really test both sides (America & Russia).

I deliberately didn't post because the likes of Cronus would claim he had a contact in the town that got bombed to prove I was talking rubbish but Charlie Sheen is spot on. If you believe what the news tell you I feel sorry for you.

By the way, Trump made close to a billion dollars overnight by bombing Syria. Just look how many shares he owns in the company that makes the missiles and how much their share price went up overnight after launching at Syria.

Let's not forget that the UN confirmed that The Syrian government had got rid of its chemical weapons

Shares in Raytheon have been climbing steadily anyway since around 2010, though incidentally they were worth a lot more only 3 weeks ago. Yes, total market capitalisation was around a billion for Raytheon at one point (+3%) but later normalised to close around 0.8% up.

BTW, it's unlikely Trump made a billion - he owns less than $15,000 in shares.

He owns stock in several hundred companies. Almost every decision he makes will cause market fluctuations and therefore affect his portfolio value but I doubt he bombed Syria to make about enough for his annual supply of hair spray.

You trust the feckin Syrian government and Assad over...well, practically everyone else? Your argument is invalid. :)

I don't trust anyone. Especially people who claim it's easy to fly planes into the twin towers like you did, despite one of my best mates who's been a pilot for BA for 25 years who claimed he and his colleagues tried it on the simulator and failed miserably. So please tell me why you said it was so easy. What experience do you have? What is your role in the aviation Industry. How long have you been a Pilot?

You clearly trust Assad. That says more about you than anything else.

Already told you once. If you're too astoundingly stupid and/or mind-numbingly blinkered to understand that's your problem.

BTW, your 'BA mate' is a fabrication. If he can't set an altitude and heading and make the final adjustments to hit a target visible for about 20 miles out, he either doesn't exist or he's a feckin p*ss poor pilot. You can tell him that.

Ask him if he paid for the simulator time or BA let fanny around on it for nowt? Then ask him what the hourly rate on BA flight sims is. :)

Now, let's discuss this 'billion' Trump made from his <$15,000 shares. :DRUNK:

Neither the US State department or the British foreign office have produced any evidence that Assad carried out the alleged chemical gas attack yet we are supposed to go along with the allegations.

Why would Assad carry out such an act? He was coming close to winning the war. Why risk turning international opinion against himself?

Cut them some slack!
We trusted them on Weapons of Mass Destruction and that all turned out ok, didn't it?

I think I will go full Cronus mode on this one.

You are knob Cronus or you must be very stupid

http://uk.businessinsider.com/donald-tr ... ?r=US&IR=T

Donald trump has assets and shares in many defence companies as well as technology companies not just Raytheon

No one really knows what his investments are as he keeps it all hidden.
Instability in the world and in the Middle East will lead to oil price rises trump wins.

Wars and investments in armaments industry Trump wins.

You must be stupid for not knowing that or drunk

What would be the odds on his family members all getting nice backhanders and guarantees about jobs in te future if they influence Donald on policies.

He has just ended disclosure on visitors to the White House to keep it quiet who comes to see him and his family I mean advisors !!! :

Do you reckon Trump will end up a lot richer when he leaves the White House than he was before he went in.

You must be completely dumb to believe he won't .

And if you have a friend in the White House who says it is all a lie a smear and fake news. I don't believe him.

I don't think you have friends. Even your children hate you

All well and good, little of which I disagree with. Except I'm not even sure you know what you're replying to. The claim was that Trump 'made close to a billion' following the missile strike on the Syrian airbase, which is patently not true (or indeed, possible). Whether he and his family leave the White House richer or not wasn't even mentioned. I'm sure they will, but they certainly wouldn't be unique on that score.

Incidentally, he's actually poorer since winning the election last year - by $200 million.

Yes, as I've already stated, Trump holds shares in hundreds of companies. It therefore stands to reason his portfolio will be affected by almost every decision he makes.

But it terms of the Syria strike, he owns less than $15,000 in Raytheon, and similarly low amounts in other defence firms. Indeed, the majority of his holdings are pretty low value. His big holdings are mainly in finance and oil, and those are almost all less than $1 million each. He probably made a few hundred bucks in Raytheon and not much more elsewhere after the missile strike.

His wealth is in Manhattan real estate. Yes, he'll make some if oil starts booming again, but he's not going to make billions or indeed millions from his share portfolio, ever.

One point of interest - it's been claimed he sold ALL his share holdings in June 16 to avoid conflicts of interest if he achieved office, but as he doesn't need to file his next financial disclosure until May 2018, evidence of this is limited.

I don't think you have friends. Even your children hate you
